Alain has had a long and successful career both as an Investor, Financial consultant, banker and as a CFO.

Alain holds a BS in Biology, BS in Business, Masters in Finance, DEA in Banking & Finance and a diploma in financial Analysis as well as other post graduate qualifications.

As a banker he was Head of Large Corporates in KSA for Saudi British Bank (HSBC Group), presiding over a portfolio of USD 7Billion. He had a dotted line to the investment banking working on IPOs, M&A, Private placement, Syndications & Club deals for a total value over USD 10Billion.

He later held the Group CFO & Head of Shared Services role for a large contracting company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In parallel and since 2016 Alain opened his private financial consultancy firm in Lebanon with reach across Lebanon, UAE & KSA, he later expanded in personal investments in the transportation, Kindergartens& Lottery in Gabon, Lebanon, Jordan & UAE.

Co-Founder - Senior Manager

Rima Lakkis is a psychologist with a focus on education and inclusion in schools and work environments. She has over 20 years of expertise in operations and HR management, and has been successful in managing multiple centers in different countries.

Started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 27 by managing a French kindergarten/preschool in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Successfully expanded with two similar projects in Dubai, UAE, and one in Kaslik, Lebanon, which not only operated as a preschool but also as a training for professionals and parents, an inclusion center for children with special needs where families who need support can find all the therapeutic intervention to ensure a brighter future for their kids.

Serving as a general manager for two of her centers, where she improved employee engagement, HR’s response time and service quality, and successfully managed the centers through crises such as the COVID pandemic, economic crisis, and Beirut Port explosion.

Being a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions, promoting business growth and cultivating customer loyalty.

Rima is a board member of the Lebanese Syndicate for Professional Nurseries in Lebanon.

Roy Holds a bachelor degree in Management and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration.

20 years of Experience in the field of Finance and Procurement for well-known Organizations’ and Start-up Companies in Saudi Arabia, Greece and Lebanon.

He led the development of new financial reporting methods to measure productivity, efficiency and Accuracy; that assisted in evaluating and analyzing necessary recommendations and analytic support on potential new markets.

Conducted market researches to determine appropriate pricing and sourcing new vendors for purchasing needs in order to determine the most profitable actions in the field of Port services.

His input in market acquisition and Capital management helped and led start-up companies for a rapid and successful growth in the field of Entertainment.

Partner - Senior Manager

Asma helps our clients to translate strategies into comprehensive business plans and budgets on one hand, and advises on the impact of strategic deviations on the underlying financials, business processes, activities, and outputs.

Asma brings to the team 16 years of experience within the transaction and investment banking services, in addition to established knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital financing, and arranging and structuring of investment products. Her expertise also includes structuring of the finance and accounting departments, resolving process bottlenecks, as well as coaching finance directors and the accounting staff on the implementation of the re/designed processes, policies and procedures. She is currently holding the position of an outsourced CFO for a group of companies operating in Lebanon.

Asma holds a Master of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and is certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor from the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, Chicago, USA and is a member of the International Committee of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, Chicago, USA.
